Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Doctor based in Navi Mumbai. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, performing patient consultations, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and managing patient recovery plans. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing patient progress, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge in patient care, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate patient records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful patient relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in clinical settings
- Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license to practice in India
- Experience in rehabilitation and elder care is an advantage
- Commitment to patient safety, care quality, and confidentiality
